Hi, I'm Nidhi Sheth — founder of Passion For Picnic and Austin's luxury picnic and event planner.
I started this business in 2021 out of a genuine love for hosting, outdoor dining, and creating moments that people remember long after the event ends. What began as carefully styled setups for close friends and family in Austin's parks quickly grew into a full-service luxury event planning company serving hundreds of clients across Austin.
Why I started Passion For Picnic
I've always believed that the best celebrations happen outdoors — surrounded by nature, good food, and the people you love most. After planning a particularly memorable proposal setup at Zilker Park for a friend, I realized there was a real demand for this kind of thoughtful, detail-first outdoor experience in Austin. Within months, the inquiries started coming in faster than I could respond.
Today, Passion For Picnic has grown into Austin's go-to luxury picnic and event planning brand. We've executed hundreds of setups — from intimate two-person proposals at Barton Springs to corporate team events for 80+ guests, tablescapes for bridal showers, and birthday celebrations across Austin's most beautiful outdoor venues.
